Welcome to Bow Wow Box! We want your pet to enjoy our products as much as our own dogs do! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website, all orders and services. By ordering from Bow Wow Box, you are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions.  

These Terms and Conditions set out the terms under which goods are sold by Bow Wow Box (“we” or “us” or “our”) to customers through our website: www.bowwowbox.co.uk (“our website”).  

SECTION 1: Acceptance of Terms  

By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read these Terms of Sale carefully and ensure that you understand them before ordering any goods from our website. You will be required to read and accept these Terms of Sale when ordering goods. If you do not agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Sale, you will not be able to order goods through our website. These Terms of Sale, as well as any and all contracts are in the English language only.

In these Terms and Condition, unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions have the following meanings:  

• “Contract” - means a contract for the purchase and sale of Goods.  

• “Goods” - means the goods sold by Us through Our Website.  

• “Order” - means your order for Goods.  

• “Order Confirmation” - means Our acceptance and confirmation of your Order.  

• “Order Number” - means the reference number for your Order.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. 

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). 

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. 

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time. 

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. 

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided, without express written permission by us. 

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms. 

SECTION 5: Modifications to the service and prices 
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. 

SECTION 6: Currency 
All prices are in GBP (British Pounds).  

SECTION 7: Payment & Prices 

The price for the products is the agreed price if the products are ordered from us, as shown in the order confirmation. The prices can change at any time, but price changes do not affect your orders after we have sent you the confirmation. 

Payment is required to confirm all orders, and no booking or order is guaranteed until payment has been received. For orders booking via our website, payment in full is required at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to cancel any order still awaiting payment on the delivery date. Payment must be made via the payment methods specified on our website. 

All prices we provide are plus any courier costs that are added to the total amount due. The shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the size of the box. 

SECTION 8: Goods & Services 

Bow Wow Box provides an online delivery treat box service for handmade dog treats. Our products are delivered to the address provided during the purchasing process. 

We strive to ensure that the size and description of the delivered products match the ones you have ordered, as stated in the order confirmation, although slight deviations can occur, since our treats are handmade. 

The products can easily deviate from their illustrations. The illustrations of the products on our website and on the platforms of social media only serve to illustrate. We strive to present the colours, toppings and fillings precisely. We cannot guarantee that the colour presentation on your screen will correctly reflect the colours of our products. Your products may differ from these illustrations. 

Where appropriate, you may be required to select the required design or colour, of the goods that you are purchasing.  We cannot guarantee that goods will always be available. Where an item is not available it will be marked as ‘Out of Stock’ on the website and you will be unable to place an order for that item.  

Certain products or Services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or Services may have limited quantities. 

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.  

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.  

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us.  

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected. 

SECTION 9: Accuracy of Billing and Account Information 

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.  

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. 

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.  

You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. 

SECTION 10: Orders – How contracts are Formed 

Prior to placing an order, the Customer should ensure that their dog does not suffer from any allergies, or have any special dietary requirements, that would make our products unsuitable. The Company cannot accept any liability for the consequences of any allergic reaction to their products. 

Our website will guide you through the ordering process. Before submitting your order you will be given the opportunity to review your order and amend it. Please ensure that you have checked your order carefully before submitting it. You are responsible for ensuring the correctness of the conditions of each order and checking whether the confirmation is correct. 

If details have been entered incorrectly, they must be claimed in writing to our customer service team. It is not guaranteed that changes to an order can be made as soon as it has been confirmed.  

No part of our website constitutes a contractual offer capable of acceptance. No order you have given up is binding for us, as long as we have not sent you an email confirmation to accept the same (“confirmation”). 

In the unlikely event that we do not accept or cannot fulfil your order for any reason, we will explain why in writing. No payment will be taken under normal circumstances. If we have taken payment any such sums will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days.  

If you want a change in the ordered product, you must contact us in writing so that we can tell you whether this change is possible, how high the price difference is or when your order is delivered. You will be asked to confirm the changes in writing before they are made. 

SECTION 11: Delivery 

All deliveries are undertaken by Royal Mail or one of our couriers. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address on the day of your order.  

We will take appropriate measures in order to comply with the delivery date specified in the confirmation or otherwise agreed between us in writing and the delivery period. Occasionally, however, the delivery can be influenced by factors that escape our control and therefore cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you when we experience an unexpected delay and make a new delivery date and/or a new delivery time with you. The deliveries are carried out within a time window of 2-3 days. 

We will take appropriate measures to pack the products and ensure that the products are in good condition when they are picked up in our business (by Royal Mail or a courier service). 

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that delivery instructions provided to us will be carried out and are not liable for any errors made by Royal Mail or courier companies and can’t be held liable for delays in delivery or lost or damaged parcels.  

If you have entered your address incorrectly, the delivery cannot reach you. It is your responsibility to ensure that all information is correct before you give up your order. We are not liable for mistakes and cannot offer compensation for it. 

We are not liable for delivery problems caused by the delivery companies, such as delays, damage or loss. However, we strive to understand all the problems and to solve them in their name. 

We aim to deliver your box within 2-3 business days of the billing date. If you do not receive your box within the specified timeframe, please contact us for assistance.  

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control.  

We do not deliver outside of the UK or to Northern Ireland (NI). 

SECTION 12: Returns and Refunds 

All our treats are baked to order, and we do not accept returns unless there is a fault.  

Refunds, credit notes or a replacement order to the same value will be given only in the event that you receive the incorrect product or if the products are shown to be of unsatisfactory quality. Should this be the case, or if you are in any way unsatisfied with the condition or quality of your goods upon arrival you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will not accept liability for any complaints received after this time.  

In the unlikely case that our products will be damaged, we need clear pictures of the damage to the product and packaging to examine it and find a solution. If you do not provide us with pictures, any solution we can offer will be obsolete. 

Any damage/delays/missing products must be reported to our customer service team within 3 days of the selected delivery date. All problems reported after this point in time cannot be considered for reimbursement or compensation. 

We reserve the right to reject return, reimbursement or exchange applications if you: 

• have changed your opinion; 

• bought the wrong product; or 

• bought the wrong flavour, size, type or quantity. 

SECTION 13: Order Cancellation 

If you need to change the date or details of your order or cancel it altogether, please contact us as soon as possible.  

The customer has the right to cancel the order within 14 days of receipt.  

For all cancellations, the product should be returned unopened in its original packaging for a full refund of the costs. All returns will be at the Customers expense unless the goods are deemed faulty. 

Where the Company deems the product is returned due to a fault the Customer will receive a full refund plus the costs of return.

SECTION 14: Allergen Information 

Our treats are handmade with natural ingredients. However, they may contain common allergens such as wheat, soy, dairy, and certain proteins. 

If your dog has known allergies, please review the ingredient list provided with each box carefully.

SECTION 15: Packaging 

Where possible, we have sourced and used recycled packaging and materials. Therefore, supply issues may mean that the packaging may vary from time to time.  

We actively re-use external packaging that we receive from our suppliers. We believe it would be environmentally irresponsible not to.

SECTION 16: Use of Our Website 
 Use of our website is subject to the terms contained within our Privacy Policy. Please ensure that you have read this carefully and that you understand the contents. Prices on our website are inclusive of VAT.  

Our store is hosted on GoDaddy. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you. 

SECTION 17: Errors, inaccuracies and omissions 

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). 

We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.

SECTION 18: Privacy Policy 
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed on our website. 

SECTION 19: Photographs, videos and Social Media 

We reserve the right to use photographs, videos and social media posts on all platforms of orders of our products on our website and on our social media pages (Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok). If you would like to specifically request that we do not use the footage of your order, we will be happy to do so but you must let us know at the time of ordering.  

Images used on our social media pages and certain pages of our website are inventory photos and possibly no longer available.  

SECTION 20: Intellectual Property 
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Bow Wow Box and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. 

SECTION 21: Limitation of Liability:  
We are neither responsible nor liable for losses that result from the non -compliance with these conditions, including, but not limited to losses that fall in the following categories: 

• Loss of income or sales; 

• Loss of shops; 

• Loss of expected savings; or 

• Indirect damage or consequential damage 

SECTION 22: Amendments/Changes to Terms 

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

We do our utmost to ensure that the information displayed on our website is accurate and true. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk. 

This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.

If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
