Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy page. Here you can find all the information you need about our shipping policies to ensure a smooth delivery process for our homemade dog treats. All orders are carefully packed to ensure there is no damage in transit.

Shipping Rates

We aim to provide a competitive delivery service and wherever possible treats are dispatched by second class post in letterbox friendly packaging. As we our conscious of our footprint, we may also occasionally recycle and reuse postal packaging and envelopes. 

Delivery Timeframes

Please allow 3-5 days for the home-made treats to be made and an extra 3-5 days once shipped.  We try to get all orders sent out no later than 3 days after order but sometimes we can’t guarantee this so we say to allow up to 5 days so that your pups don’t get disappointed.   Please note you may be carded if the courier is unable to leave the item or get a signature. You are responsible for collecting from the depot or to re-arrange the delivery of your goods. Please do this as soon as possible as our products are fresh and need to be stored in the right conditions so your dog can receive them at their best.    Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that delivery instructions provided to us will be carried out and are not liable for any errors made by Royal Mail or courier companies and can’t be held liable for delays in delivery or lost or damaged parcels, but we will endeavour to assist if any problems occur with our courier. 

Shipping Restrictions

Please note that we currently only offer shipping within the UK. We do not ship internationally at this time. A single order that contains more than one gift box, cannot be sent to multiple addresses. For more information on shipping restrictions, feel free to contact us.
